Shipping policy

At Caley Brothers, every order is carefully prepared on our farm and dispatched with the same attention to detail that goes into growing our mushrooms.

Dispatch

• Orders placed before 12 noon (Monday - Friday) are dispatched the same day.

• Orders placed after 12 noon are dispatched within 24 hours, excluding weekends and bank holidays.

• All parcels are sent via Yodel or Royal mail with 48-hour tracked service.

You will receive:

• A dispatch confirmation email from us

• A tracking email directly from our courier. 

Delivery Charges

• Standard UK delivery: £3 flat rate. Spawn redemption with valid voucher code is exempt. 

Delivery Timeframe

Please allow 3 - 5 working days from your dispatch confirmation for delivery.

If your parcel has not arrived within 7 - 10 days, please contact us at:

We are unable to investigate deliveries after 21 days from dispatch. Once a parcel is marked as delivered, responsibility for its security passes to the recipient.

Delivery Preferences

If you would like your parcel left in a safe place or require the courier to ring the doorbell, we recommend updating your delivery preferences directly via your tracking link.

While we are happy to pass on requests, we cannot guarantee courier compliance.

Address Accuracy

Orders are shipped to the address entered at checkout. Please ensure all details are correct before confirming your order.

If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, we can offer:

• Reshipment (additional postage costs apply), or

• A credit note (excluding original delivery charge)

Refunds cannot be issued for orders delivered to incorrectly supplied addresses.

A Note From Our Farm

We are a small, family-run business and take pride in getting things right. If an error occurs on our part, we will always resolve it promptly and fairly.

We cannot absorb costs arising from circumstances beyond our control, but we will always work with you to find a thoughtful solution.
