At Caley Brothers HQ, we’re fascinated with the growing ability of Oyster Mushrooms and our project kits will show you how they can grow on many different substrates. With these two projects we have created our own small-scale projects to give you a taste of growing mushrooms from scratch.

Important Information

While we cannot guarantee 100% success on these particular kits, by following the instructions and staying within the suggested substrate guidelines, this will give you a very good chance of a successful crop of mushrooms. After your first flush, you can try for a second flush, specifically growing on book won’t give you a large crop of mushrooms but it is fascinating project. The Coffee Project, you will find to be more fruitful.

What’s Inside Your Kit

As part of your Coffee & Book Grow Kit, we send out the freshest grain spawn x2 – this will need to be kept refrigerated until you’re ready to make your kit - to give you the best chances of growing this will need to be kept refrigerated and used within 4 weeks.
