Mushroom powders allow us to enjoy the flavours and health boosting properties of many delicious and medicinal mushrooms easily and as simple as adding them to your daily coffee, smoothies or meals.

Just half a teaspoon (0.5g) twice a day is all you need to feel and appreciate their benefits. These 120g pack, will give you 4 months worth of mushroomy delights.

Recommended daily dose 0.5g (half a teaspoon) twice a day.

Preparation: Steep in hot (not boiling) water. Mix with coffee, tea, cacao or blend and add to smoothes or your favourite recipes.

Storage: In a cool dry place, no need to refrigerate.
