Refunds, replacements & returns explained…
All of our kits and products are freshly made, hand-packed, and sent out with care to give you the best chance of success.
If something goes wrong on our side
If your order arrives damaged, contaminated, or not quite right, we’ll put it right straight away with a replacement at no extra cost.
Please let us know within 7 days of receiving your order, or during your growing period, and send us a quick photo so we can see what’s happened.
We’ll always respond within 2 working days and aim to get you back to growing your best mushrooms.
If things don’t go to plan at home
Mushrooms are living organisms and sometimes they need a little extra care. If instructions haven’t been followed or conditions weren’t quite right, we’re not able to offer a refund or replacement.
But don’t worry — if you get stuck, we’re always here with tips and troubleshooting to help get you back on track.
Unfortunately, we can’t help if your kit has already been disposed of or if you haven’t contacted us during your growing phase.
Changed your mind?
Because our products are perishable, we aren’t able to accept returns once they’ve been dispatched.
We want you to have the best possible experience with your kit. If you’re ever unsure at any stage, please get in touch — we love helping our growers succeed!
