Dried Oyster mushrooms are a great asset to any kitchen pantry. They can effortlessly be incorporated into all types of sauces, soups and stews to enhance flavours as well as add lots of nutritional goodness. With a deliciously intense mushroomy aroma, once hydrated they can be used to enhance a variety of meals whilst bringing a unique umami depth to your taste buds.
Description
Our dried Oyster mushrooms can be re-hydrate in hot water for 30 mins. Once hydrated use both the mushrooms and water (mushroom stock) in your recipe to add depth of flavour to your dish.

Use by date: Best used within 1 year of purchase. Storage: Store in a cool dry place away from sunlight.
