Our dried Oyster mushrooms can be re-hydrated in hot water for 30 mins. Once hydrated use both the mushrooms and water (mushroom stock) in your recipe to add depth of flavour to your dish.
Use by date: Best used within 1 year of purchase. Storage: Store in a cool dry place away from sunlight.

I have never grown mushrooms before and have always assumed that it was a highly complicated process with exact levels of humidity, light and moisture control etc. How wrong was I! I had an Oyster Mushroom kit from Caley Brothers and it was the easiest thing to set up and do. In a few days I have mushrooms forming which were absolutely delicious. You don't have to be an expert gardener to grow your own. Highly recommended.
