Grow your own Grey Oyster mushrooms with our indoor, ready to grow kit. Our kits give you all you need to grow and harvest your own crop of Grey Oyster mushrooms within just two weeks of opening.
Your kit will need to be chilled when you receive it, if you are not intending to grow straight away. You grow kit will be fine out of the fridge for a day or two if gifting or while in transit. Please start to grow within one month.
Grey Oyster mushrooms are easy to grow. They’ve a classic mushroom flavour and are brilliantly versatile in all areas of cooking. You can keep you kit in a light and airy spot where you’ll remember to water it each day and watch it grow. They don’t need to be grown in the dark – kept indoors, in a kitchen is the perfect environment – giving them the right light and temperature to thrive.
We make handmake all our kits in small batches at our farm in west Sussex, to ensure you receive the freshest ready to grow kit with the very best chance of a successful great yield. Order your kit now and we’ll post out your kit on the date listed above.
Important Information
Your kit will need to be opened within 3-4 weeks of receipt. If you’re not ready to grow straight away, you can keep your kit in the fridge. We guarantee to get you growing your 1st flush, you can follow the instructions to try for a second or third flush. You can grow up to 250g of fresh Grey Oyster Mushrooms over 2-3 harvests.

If you do not state a preferred dispatch date we will post at the first available date.
We are unable to ship our mushroom products internationally.
On occasion we will post via Royal Mail 48 hour tracked, on these instances you will receive and email from us when your item/s have been shipped.
Please allow 3-5 days for delivery and contact us within a 7-10 days if you have note received your items.

Use by dates: Your Grey Oyster Mushroom kit must be opened within 4 weeks from receipt.
Storage: Please keep refrigerated until ready to use. While growing keep in a bright spot but out of direct sunlight and remember to water daily – PLEASE FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS PROVIDED.
Inside your kit: fully colonized substrate block, full set of growing instruction and growing guidance, outer bag and branded collar. Recycling your kit: All paper and card can be recycled with your standard card recycling. The plastic bag can be cleaned and recycled with your soft plastic recycling. The outer bag and substrate block can be composted or disposed of along with your normal food waste.
